Crafted from a high-ester pure cane juice rum, triple-distilled in a copper still, this cocktail reveals the full aromatic richness of Mauritius’ terroir.
Mauricia L’Intendance rum stands out for its unique profile, with intense vegetal notes blending fig leaves, green olives, and pine needles. An audacious aromatic signature that is both fresh, complex, and elegant.
An Intense Twist on the Daiquiri
Paired with freshly squeezed lime and unrefined Demerara sugar, this rum gives rise to a vibrant, perfectly balanced Daiquiri.
